SNMP Remote Console Subagent for VMS

NM*Console is an SNMP Subagent that allows remote entry of DCL commands.

Starts a detached process for each command
Multiple simultaneous commands
Results sent back to SNMP manager as a series of SNMP Traps
Built-in trap throttle to prevent traps from flooding the network
May be configured to run on a port other than 161 so it won't interfere with another SNMP Agent
Compatible with TCP/IP Services, UCX, MultiNet, TCPware, and Pathways
